What You'll Do

Your role will also involve managing the interview process and negotiating remuneration packages on behalf of clients. • Generate new client leads and present unique selling propositions
• Gain a thorough understanding of the client's business, culture and resourcing requirements
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients

• Provide consultation to a large network of candidates with both immediate and long-term career needs
