This position reports to Plant Director.

The Plant Administrative Assistant coordinates closely with Plant Director for administrative, office, visitor and expatriate processes. An administrative assistant must be able to handle multiple tasks under minimal supervision to support the following goals:

• On-time delivery of finished goods
• High quality products
• Cost competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate and update subordinates on new administrative policies, rules, and regulations to ensure understanding and compliance.
• Prepare reimbursement and liquidation forms, ensuring all supporting documents and receipts are included.
• Route documents for signatures as required.
• Assist in organizing plant-wide activities and meetings, both in-house and off-site.
• Document plant activities through photography and update relevant photos in the plant.
• Manage the Plant Head's appointments, travel schedules, and booking arrangements efficiently and timely.
• Assist with booking airline tickets, transportation, and hotel accommodations for plant personnel on official business trips.
• Prepare itineraries for plant visitors.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly performance reports as requested by the Plant Director.
• Prepare and publish the monthly Plant calendar.
• Monitor and post names of birthday celebrants monthly using available mechanisms.
• Draft internal and external memos and correspondence as required by the Plant Director.
• Assist in translating training documents into Vietnamese or English.
• Act as a receptionist for the plant as needed.
• Assist HR with fingerprint scan registration for plant personnel.
• Assist HR with issuing employee codes for casual personnel.
• Support plant clinic operations and employee health programs.
• Assist with the Job Recognition Program requirements.
• Support the Operational Excellence program, including the 6S program, Strategic Planning, OE Boot Camp, etc.
• Perform other clerical and documentation tasks as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• University/ College graduate.
• Residence address in Binh Duong. 
• Experience as a personal assistant is preferred.
• Good communication in spoken and written English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
