Mô tả công việc
1. Sales Support
- Support for Sales Meeting Translation: Assist with translating sales meetings.
- Translation of Related Documents: Support to translate the related documents.
2. Sales Documentation and Materials
- Prepare and Maintain Sales Collateral: Create and update brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Update Sales Materials: Ensure all sales materials reflect the latest product offerings and pricing.
3. Administrative Tasks
- Support Managing Sales Documentation: support to manage sales-related documentation as contracts, etc
- Assist with Quotes and Proposals: Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales orders.
- Support Managing the Company's Social Channel: Assist in managing and updating the company's social media channels.
4. Event Coordination
- Conduct Research: Provide insights into market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify Sales Opportunities: Help identify potential sales opportunities based on market data.
5. Market Research
Assist in Organizing Events: Help organize and coordinate sales-related events, such as trade shows and client meetings.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, challenger mindset;
- Adaptability, Honesty, Discipline, Initiative, Problem-solving, Time management;
- Good command of English& Japanese;
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
Priority: Understand the market of F&B industry or interest in the F&B Industry and Sales related work;
Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Salary: 12 - 15 mil (Negotiable based on skills & performance)
- Lunch allowance and motorbike parking allowance.
- Competitive salary range with quarterly & yearly incentives and 13th-month salary
- Salary increase: once a year.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM).
