Product/Systems technical competency

- Define SGVN (Saint-Gobain Vietnam) local product: FGM (Fiber Cement - Gypsum - Metals), Weber, Isover & CC (Construction Chemical) offer to systems & solutions.

- Have deep understand of SGVN’s product / system offer: FGM, Weber, Isover & CC

- Have a good understanding for fireproof, acoustic (FGM) or wet area.

- Acts to improve technical competence of yourself include Product, Application & Installation method knowledge and onsite knowledge (case study)

Application competency

- Understanding & guide installation method comparison to competitors (direct and indirect), tips of market of each system

- Support to selling technical solutions solving the pain point for the Vietnam market.

Technical product and solution Development

- Ensure internal team (MKT, Plant, internal Technical) are equipped fully information about FGM, Weber, CC product/ application/ installation

- Product & System test & evaluate following to NPD project

- System/ Application Installation development & Evaluation

- Monitor product specification | standard change & test linked to Operation team

- Competitor’s solution evaluation & benchmarking

- Manage specification of externally manufactured products to ensure the whole system performance (outsourced products)

- Awareness of market needs & competitor’s claim for product / application

Networking

- Works closely with both the sales team and the product developers, turning customer and MKT ideas into understandable and attractive product or solutions.

- Builds and sustains relationships with a network:

+ Internal: collaboration with Sales, MKT, PQC, Technical

+ External: key 3rd-party, contractors, installer

Others:

- Value Engineering: good at structural subject, be able to review – renew current systems/application and provide cost optimized solutions.

- Study relevant design standards, both local and international standard for targetted sector

- Understand & analysis pain point of market to support for develop new products/ systems in each product group in charge

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1.     Education/ Học vấn: Civil Engineer/Materials Engineer

2.     Experience/ Kinh nghiệm: 1 years or > 1 years Technical experience in construction material is preferred

3.     Technical Competencies/ Kiến thức chuyên môn:  Constructions/ Construction materials, interiors, Building science

4.     Skills & Ability/ Kỹ năng:
