Working target:

Ensure all marketing activities under right direction, contributing branding for typical business and develop business in short and long term, ensuring overall business development.

2.2. Scope of work:

- Develop, deployment, monitor marketing plans base on approved marketing strategies for growing Nabati brand(s).

- Effective management of the brand portfolio, brand activities to meet marketing and sales objectives for Nabati brand(s).

2.3. Key roles and responsibilities :

- Lead the Marketing lifecycle process for designated brand(s).

- Define and helps facilitate master plans for designated brand.

- Function as the information hub for designated brand(s).

- Monitor and advises designated brands.

- Develop and manage new product launch plan base on approved product portfolio strategies.

- Maintain brand integrity across product lines, advertising, and all other internal and external communication as it pertains to assigned brand.

- Produces competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors.

- Prepares plan, supervise, and analyse market research and identifies and tracks market trends in company’s industry.

Develops monthly and quarterly reports for management.

- Manage the day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts, including, project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary.

- Manage budgets and financial related to marketing campaigns.

- Manage brand performance regarding to Marketing and Sales KPIs on weekly, monthly basis through 3C 4P and MKT Mix

- Analyse data to diagnose business problems related to designated brands.

- Develop and propose brand strategies and marketing plans for designated brands

- Work closely with all relevant Media people to integrate media mix plans.

- Orientation and cash case work for ABM according to specific KPI, ensuring the implementation of KPI of ABM

Capabilities:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Marketing.
• Creative, mind-set, Management skills.
• Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadline.
• Willing to learn and adapt quickly to new environment.
• Excellent English, Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Good communication and negotiation.
• Good at planning, deploying, tracking, and evaluation.
• Having experience in Brand Marketing is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, eager to learn at work.
