The Technical Business Insights team makes user experience journeys on the Shopee platform as smooth and positive as possible. To achieve this, the team studies and strives to understand what, why, and how users are doing. The team stays at the user's point of view to think through their problems and map with what the platform tech serves, especially in daily operation angles. In doing so, the team suggests improvements to provide users with self-help and a fair platform.

Job Description

• Proactive observation & coordination with other internal teams to identify business operation problems of struggling Suppliers, investigate to find out the root causes, and propose Tech solutions;
• Market research/benchmarking analysis to evaluate the feasibility of proposed Tech solutions;
• Evaluate business metrics, deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations, and create a visual display of quantitative information to seek approval from high-level management;
• Work with stakeholders to plan & implement, conduct necessary analysis to drive and optimize projects;
• Assist team leader in other tasks assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Project management, operation management, Supply Chain management, and business consultant is a plus;
• Strong problem-solving and storytelling skills, ability to draw insights from data, research, and design practical and scalable solutions;
• Strong stakeholder management and good communication skills in English (verbal and written);
• Good team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of integrity and responsibility;
• Must be able to work with tight deadlines and able to work with minimal guidance;
• Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint.
