Identify and build relationships with prominent KOLs to support Lixibox marketing & branding purposes. Establishing and growing strong relationships with Lixibox Ambassadors, consolidating our position as partner of choice
Managing KOLs performance and growth on daily basis – To keep the KOLs active and engage and grow with Lixibox
Collaborating with a team of experienced marketers through the end-to-end operations of the KOL segment
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to provide compelling, influencer-led content that will engage our community across our social media channels
Negotiating with KOLs partners for an exclusive arrangements and deals with brands
Brainstorm and come up with out-of-the-box ideas and key concepts for influencers’ content
Tracking, analyzing and reporting performance key metrics and projects implementation status to upper management, as well as providing relevant strategic insights and supporting data
Manage payments and contracts with KOLs

At least 1+ year experience working in one or more of the following industries: e-commerce/online performance marketing/affiliate marketing or KOL agency
Exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of the KOL campaigns, experience in leveraging site analytics & insights in order to improve performance
Proven clients/partners management skills especially in KOL and influencer management
Have a strong knowledge of the latest social media trends and familiar with social media features
Strong and persuasive interpersonal and verbal communication skills to communicate with KOL and influencers on a daily basis
Strong organizational, project management & time management skills
Ownership and entrepreneurship, positive attitude, energy, openness to feedback, comfortable with a fast-changing and start-up environment
