We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investment Development:

  • Identify and develop rooftop solar projects, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and other decarbonization solutions through power purchase agreements (PPA).
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) market to explore business opportunities.
  • Independently search for projects under the guidance of the line manager, evaluating risks to recommend a GO or NO-GO decision.
  • Support team members in achieving targets when needed.
  • Ensure financial transparency in market promotion and investment activities, making sure all expenses are legal and reasonable.
  • Maintain the highest ethical standards in all business dealings, especially with clients and customers.


2. Marketing Development:

  • Promote the company's brand to increase public awareness of its offerings.
  • Report any negative publicity related to the company to management promptly.
  • Actively participate in the company's marketing activities to maximize business opportunities.
  • Regularly update management on marketing trends, competitors, and client status, contributing actionable plans to enhance ACCVs performance.


3. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop new client relationships and maintain strong ties with existing customers.
  • Analyze client requirements and evaluate how presentations affect the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, networking, and participating in professional societies, trade shows, and events.


Requirements:

  • Working experiences in industrial segments, including Automobiles & Components, Food, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Technology Hardwares & Equipment, Semiconductors & Equipment related.
  • Working experiences in Japanese & Korean FDI.
  • English is a must, additional language skills in Japanese & Korean is an advantage.
  • A well-established client base, particularly with large commercial, industrial, and corporate accounts.
  • Exceptional networking and customer-focused skills, with a willingness to engage deeply with major clients and take a leading role in key sales projects such as initiating relationships, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Result-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
  • Innovative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to bring new ideas and solutions to the role.
  • Passionate, entrepreneurial, and driven by results, with a proven track record of successful execution.
