We are looking for the candidate for Quality Control - Tester Specialist, located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

RESPONSIBITIES

• Participate in review of project requirements to understand test objectives, to provide input on testability of requirements and estimation for the testing activities.
• Design the test case, writing the automation scripts.
• Responsible for HR (Web / Mobile) testing and quality assurance
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to cover all functional and non-functional aspects of the application.
• Design the test case, writing the automation scripts
• Execute testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing, to validate the software ‘s performance and reliability.
• Follow up for issue verification and bug resolution.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of software testing experiences with software development team
• Strong manual testing with track record of building test tools, build tools, as well as working with established testing toolsets
• Knowledge of databases
• Knowledge API testing
• Experience in HR is big plus.
• Strong communication across the team
• Be able to analyze user stories/requirements. Creation and execution of sprint and SIT test cases. Log and follow up on defects.
• Have ability to analyze business and technology business case and develop and document test scenarios independently
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results to ensure that programs satisfy all specifications and requirements
• Collaborate and develop effective strategies and test plans
• Willing to learn new technologies/ third party systems and new ways of doing things
• Have ability to develop the automation and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using Selenium & Appium is a big plus.
