Mô tả Công việc
Key responsibilities:
Merchandising Executive is responsible for the assigned Category’s total Sales & GP, retail merchandise performance, visual and operational presentation of designed selling zones at AEON stores, including but not limited to Layout, Planogram, Schematics, POSM display….
1. Main duties:
- Make the Strategy of Category-in-charge, mainly Beauty care: Product concept, 3C Analysis, Assortment plan, Monthly & Quarterly Sales plan…
- Maintain the data for Analysis and keep updated with Market Trend of product/category, Competitor benchmark…
- Always propose Innovative Ideas, New Product Development, New Proposal to support Business development.
- Deal with suppliers on Price, Trade Terms, Promotion Plan to get the best offer.
- Prepare Planogram / Schematic plan for product display and coordinate with OPR to ensure well-maintained selling floor.
- Prepare Layout, Fixture for New Store Opening (NSO) / Store Renovation
- Do Weekly Market & Competitor survey with Managers & Assistant to MD and make report accordingly.
- Coordinate activities with other departments of the company.
- Other tasks might be assigned by superiors.
2. Rules and Regulations
- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.

Requirements:
- At least from College degree in Economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications.
- 02-year experience in related Retail business with the same categories or department or 1 year at same position at H&B, Cosmetic store is Preferable.
- Show the passion of the Merchandising career.
- Customer-focused/ Customer Oriented mindset.
- Abilities to use Computer, Office programs and Database.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Must have Analytical ability and good in data/figures.
- English skills: communication

Năm 2014, Đại Việt mở thêm hướng phát triển mới cùng “Siêu thực phẩm – tảo xoắn Spirulina”. Hướng đi mới với nền tảng vững chãi 5 năm tìm hiểu, nghiên cứu cùng sự tư vấn hỗ trợ từ các nhà khoa học nổi tiếng Việt Nam. Trong đó, GS.TS Nguyễn Lân Dũng đã có những đóng góp lớn lao và quan trọng. Năm 2019, Đại Việt đã chính thức bắt đầu dự án: Nuôi trồng, chế biến tảo xoắn Spirulina tại Việt Nam.
Tất cả nỗ lực của Tảo xoắn Đại Việt đều hướng đến mong muốn mang tảo Spirulina đến tận tay người Việt. Chúng tôi luôn nỗ lực để mỗi người Việt có thể sử dụng siêu thực phẩm này mỗi ngày. Đại Việt hướng đến lý tưởng nâng cao sức khỏe và tuổi thọ của người Việt.
Hiện nay, Đại Việt vẫn là một trong số ít các đơn vị đang dẫn đầu về nuôi trồng, chế biến và phát triển thành công các sản phẩm từ tảo xoắn Spirulina ở Việt Nam.
