• Manage the full life cycle of recruiting to ensure efficient and effective hiring. • Proactively source candidates through various channels, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and schedule them for further processing. • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, team members, and cross-functional partners. • Build and sustain a strong talent network through market research, employer branding, and ongoing relationship management, supporting both short- and long-term hiring needs across a broad range of roles. • Demonstrate an excellent customer service mindset, creating a great candidate experience and ensuring a positive recruitment process for all stakeholders. • Perform other ad hoc assignments as required.

• At least 3 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting. • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. • Experience in headhunting or large companies is a plus.
