Job Description:
1. Admission management:
- Fully responsible for Admission KPis
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Foster collaboration within the department and across academic units.
- Establish robust structures and controls for optimized performance.
- Strategically plan activities and allocate responsibilities.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination.
- Design and execute comprehensive training programs.
2. Strategic Business Development:
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Develop and execute innovative enrollment strategies.
- Cultivate strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Drive revenue generation and diversification.
- Lead marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
3. Financial Management:
- Oversee budget planning and financial management.
- Conduct regular financial assessments and risk analyses.
- Implement cost-effective measures and ensure compliance.
- Monitor expenditure and collaborate with finance teams.
4. Collaborative Marketing Initiatives:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop integrated strategies.
- Align marketing efforts with admission goals.
- Utilize digital platforms and media channels effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
5. Undertake other duties as assigned by senior management.- Bachelor or Master in the Business Administration/Education or related majors.
- Candidate with background study aboard in America/Europe or English speaking country is prefered
- Candidate with Master degree is advantaged
- Have 5 year - experience in Admission Director or similiar position
- Candidate with solid experience in Education is prefered (ideally in Higher Education sector)
- Leadership skill, ability to build up your team from zero
