• Analyze market and competitors to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, including new service offerings and market expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential partners to fill the gaps or develop opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns to promote new services and partnerships.
• Provide support and training to the Sales/Merchant Management team regarding new solution offerings to, or meet the merchant, SMEs.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to internal management, team lead to confirm development and implement plan
• Monitor the performance of new initiatives and partnerships, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Prepare reports and presentations on business development activities and outcomes, using data to inform strategy adjustments.
• Attend relevant conferences and seminars to network and gain insights into industry best practices.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is typically preferred; MBA is a plus
• At least 03-05 years of experience in business development or sales or related field, preferably in financial services, payments, or fintech.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, …)
