Job Summary

HP is looking for an energetic and passionate Supply Chain centric Project Manager to execute NPI development deliverables.
In addition to the traditional role requirements, you will thrive in a dynamic environment, have strong business acumen, successfully balance process and risk while staying focused to achieve an on-time NPI metric.
You will actively engage with your team and stakeholders during NPI development and be held accountable for operational efficiency.
Plans, manages, supervises and reports the activities of the team members for the introduction of new products, transfers and strategic projects of the operation, providing direction on the priorities pursued by the project, to ensure the delivery of products at HP in terms of quality, volume, costs and in the required time.

Responsibilities

Takes end-to-end ownership of projects assigned.
Applies knowledge of own function and business expertise to solve critical issues.
Will need to have a “drive and execute” mentality while navigating a dynamic business environment.
Lead the core operations team that works closely with NPI's product development teams and adheres to our company's PDP (Product Development Process).
Manage the deliverables, schedules and costs of ongoing projects, ensuring the proper allocation of resources and that the goals, objectives, deadlines and budgets are met in accordance with the program and organization roadmaps.
Communicate project status and escalate issues to line managers, program managers, and internal and external development partners.
Manage relationships with partners and outsourced providers, including setting expectations regarding deliverables, product quality, schedules, and costs; Facilitate team members to communicate and collaborate effectively with outsourced resources.
Proactively identify opportunities for internal process improvement and cost reduction opportunities.
Participation in continuous improvement activities of the department; updating and documentation of procedures, cross training and support of any escalation of team members.
Manage, direct and drive the area of new products, supply chain, manufacturing operations, ODM and EMS partner related activities for any assigned program.
Lead the core operations team that works closely with NPI's product development teams and adheres to our company's PDP (Product Development Process).
Manage scope, schedule, project plan, cost and resource models, documentation, reporting, KPI metrics, change management, and efficient communication.

Qualifications

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or other related discipline;5+ years related work experience considered in lieu of degree.
Preferred minimum 5 years of direct Supply Chain work experience. 3+ years of work experience related to project management.2+ years NPI(New product introduction) related working experience.
Project management skills, including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.
Analytical and problem solving skills focused on the introduction of new products and supply chain.
Ability to manage human capital across geographies to achieve desired results.
Knowledge of project management and supply chain methodologies.
Technical and extensive knowledge of applications and technologies.
MS Project, MS Office, Agile, Oracle, SAP.
Ability to adapt and adapt to changes, modifying if necessary one's own behavior to achieve certain objectives when difficulties, new information or changes in the environment arise, whether from the external environment, the organization itself, the client's own or the requirements of the work itself.
Ability to effectively determine the goals and priorities of their task/project/area, stipulating the action, deadlines and resources required. It includes the implementation of mechanisms for monitoring and verifying information.
Ability to create an environment conducive to collaboration and achieve lasting commitments that strengthen the relationship. Ability to direct or control a discussion using win-win techniques, planning alternatives to negotiate the best agreements.
Ability to listen, ask questions, express concepts and ideas effectively and expose positive aspects. The ability to know when and whom to ask to carry out a purpose. It is the ability to listen to the other and understand him.
Ability to use the information, rules, procedures and policies of the company accurately and effectively, to be able to follow up on the verification of the work of your team, in order to achieve quality standards in a timely manner, in line with the values.

Năm 2013, HP Logistics đầu tư đội xe đầu kéo container tại 02 Chi nhánh Hải Phòng và Hồ Chí Minh với số lượng lến tới 20 đầu kéo sẽ mang đến sự chủ động về thời gian vận chuyển, đảm bảo dịch vụ và mức giá cước hợp lý cho khách hàng
