Summary:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Production Manager to lead our production team and ensure the successful execution of our production plan. You will be responsible for developing strategies, setting objectives, and overseeing all aspects of production to achieve on-time delivery, safety compliance, quality standards, cost efficiency, and environmental sustainability. Additionally, you will play a key role in continuously improving processes, empowering your team, and fostering their development.

Accountability & Output:

Production Strategy and Planning:

• Develop comprehensive production strategies aligned with company goals.
• Set clear production objectives and establish detailed plans for achieving them.
• Organize and lead the production team to ensure efficient and timely execution of the plan.
• Allocate resources optimally to meet production targets.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Effectively manage information flow within the team and across departments.
• Cascade production targets and escalate issues to ensure alignment with short- and long-term objectives.
• Coordinate with other functions (e.g., quality, safety, human resources) to address issues and find solutions.

Team Management and Development:

• Build and execute workforce development programs to ensure skill development and flexibility within the team.
• Motivate, guide, and coach team members to achieve objectives in line with company values.
• Provide timely feedback and coaching to develop team potential and promote a positive culture.
• Ensure succession plans and development for direct reports (if applicable).

Safety and Quality:

• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to regulations and promoting safe work practices.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and strive for continuous improvement.

Performance and Reporting:

• Monitor production results and implement adjustments to achieve long-term goals.
• Report production results and suggest improvements to optimize performance.
• Advise the Board of Directors on production trends, market developments, and resource utilization within the plant.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, manufacturing) and experience in similar management roles.
• Proven ability to set objectives, deploy production plans, and drive results.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
