Mô tả công việc
- Marketing Administration:
- Processlegal and internaldocumentation formarketing activities.
- Process payment documentation for marketing activities.
- Record and report up-to-datemarketingbudget tracking, expense reporting and invoices processing.
- Manage archives of all marketingdocumentation.
- Facilitate communication between team members, departments, and vendors.
- Support in oversee daily marketing team operations: manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, etc.
- Support in maintain relationships with marketing vendors and agencies.
- Operational Marketing Execution:
- Request & ensure marketing promotion offers are setup as planned.
- Manageallocation and delivery of marketing collaterals and merchandises as planned.
- Manage marketing inventory of all collaterals and merchandise stocks.
- Conduct internal audit and support competitors’ activities research.
- Support with online platforms management.
- Other ad-hoc tasks requested byHead ofMarketing.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 1-year experience
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good written and verbal communication in English & Vietnamese.
- Proven efficient time and priority management.
- Fast learner and able to work withmultiple systems.
- Able to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
