YOUR WORK:
- Ensure to deliver comprehensive brand and products information to customers.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent presentation and sales
services.
- Ascertain customers’ needs and insights via excellent interpersonal skills.
- Build and maintain effective relationship with customers.
- Manage point-of-sales, order processing including order processing with Merchandising
team, manage deliveries, customer service, contract and invoicing.
- Identify and implement, when it is appropriate, upselling and cross selling tactics.
- Keep track of inventory and maintain showroom representation.
- Manage and process pre-sales and aftersales requests.
- Daily and monthly report to HQ.
- Assist in all events organized at the showroom and any other day-to-day activities
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2+ years’ proven experience in similar positions.
- An associate degree in related field.
- Proficient in English.
- Ability to work in shifts and weekends.
- Experience or passion in furniture, design, interior design is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
- Well-presented, well organized, and professional.
- Basic computer and administration skills.
- Work in shifts.

Công ty CP Uniben chính thức thành lập vào ngày 01/06/1992 với tên gọi Công ty TNHH công nghiệp thực phẩm Việt Hưng, chủ yếu sản xuất mì ăn liền cung cấp cho thị trường trong nước và xuất khẩu. Đến ngày 27/9/2014, công ty chính thức đổi tên thành Công ty cổ phần Uniben. Công ty khánh thành nhà máy UNIBEN Hưng Yên, nhà máy sản xuất thực phẩm hiện đại được thiết kế theo tiêu chuẩn Châu Âu vào năm 2015. Một năm sau, thương hiệu "3 Miền" trở thành một trong những thương hiệu được chọn mua nhiều nhất, Việt Nam 2016” do công ty nghiên cứu thị trường hàng đầu thế giới Kantar Worldpanel công bố.
