Mô tả công việc
- CRM Operations Support: Assist in the maintenance and optimization of our CRM system (Hubspot) by updating customer records, monitoring data accuracy, and supporting sales team members with system-related inquiries.
- Data Management: Support in data cleaning and tracking to ensure data accuracy within our systems
- Revenue Analysis: Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing revenue data to generate reports and dashboards to provide insights for cross-functional teams.
- Process Improvement: Support team members to identify inefficiencies in revenue generation processes and propose solutions for improvement.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Current undergraduate or fresh graduate (degree in business or related fields)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, organize, and analyze large data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with CRM systems (Hubspot) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn with a strong interest in revenue operations and business processes optimization.
