This candidate will be coordinating with teams across the organization to understand teams' design needs and building out their creative strategy accordingly. In each of these projects, you will ensure that outcomes are on budget, within brand, and incorporating current design trends.

Responsibilities

• Research on New Shopping Mall Product Models, research modern architectural designs and new trends in shopping malls
• Analyze experience highlights such as entertainment areas, dining options, and interactive spaces to enhance the customer experience
• Consider the layout of retail spaces, service areas, and traffic flow within the mall to optimize customer movement and shopping experience
• Analyze developing product categories, new brands, and how they are integrated into shopping malls
• Suggest new product models based on research and current consumer trends, while adapting to the needs and preferences of the Vietnamese market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in market research, particularly in the retail real estate sector
• Current portfolio to be submitted with your application
