JOB DESCRIPTIONS
  • Identify and engage potential customers for Cloud Solutions and eCommerce Solutions through events, partner networks, and market research.
  • Represent the company at events to gather customer insights and conduct initial assessments of their needs.
  • Collaborate with official partners in the Vietnamese market to create business opportunities.
  • Research and qualify potential customers based on company evaluation criteria.
  • Discuss client needs, gather requirements, and provide initial consultations on solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide excellent client care and identify opportunities to upsell additional services or solutions.
  • Analyze competitors and market trends, contributing to the company’s growth and market development plan.


REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn about E-commerce platforms/Cloud services.
  • Fluent in English (must have).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales operations or support is a plus.
