We are looking for a Sales Support Intern to support Sales & Marketing team with the below responsibilities:
•Sales Support tasks:
- Data entry: Update cost, selling rate in Nextgen systems.
- Track and trace shipment. Coordinate to counterpart to make sure cargo will be handled smoothly (chasing booking confirmation, schedule).
- Support to prepare handling instruction.
• Sales tasks:
- Research data & filter to get new leads;
- Qualify the assigned leads;
- Quote rate, follow up with customer.- 3rd/4th year students or Freshers with major of International Trade, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain Management or related fields;
- Fluent in English, Excellent in both speaking and writing of English;
- Hardworking, result-driven and proactive in work;
- Can work at least 6 months full time in 4-5 days per week from July 2024.
Working time: Monday - Friday, from 8.30 AM - 5.30PM.
Working location: 11th Floor, Ocean Park Building, 1 Dao Duy Anh, Dong Da, Ha Noi.- Attractive internship allowance + paid leave day per month;
