What You Will Be Accountable For
Business
- Strategic Legal Analysis Lead comprehensive legal analysis and engage with local, regional, and global teams to address draft regulations impacting BAT’s business operations in Vietnam.
- Regulatory Driver Oversee and drive regulatory updates across the organization, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
- Legal representatives in relevant forums Represent the Legal team in Regulatory Committee Meetings & Risk & Control Committee Meetings, including providing insightful legal commentary and analysis for Regulatory Horizon Scanning
- Legal Partner for Marketing & Corporate Services Serve as the primary legal advisor to the Marketing & Corporate Services function, offering strategic legal opinions, guidance on regulatory issues, and overseeing the preparation and finalization of legal documents for daily operations.
- Commercial Transactions Expertly structure, negotiate, draft, and advise on significant commercial transactions, ensuring alignment with legal and strategic objectives.
- Lead the Compliance Agenda In charge of compliance issues (standards of business conducts, contract management policy, etc.) for the Company, providing guidance on application of Group policies, procedures and governance
- Strategic Decision-Making Actively contribute to problem-solving and decision-making across all business areas, leveraging legal expertise to support strategic goals.
- Litigation Management Represent the company in litigation matters related to marketing & corporate services, managing legal risks and advocating for the company’s interests.
- Collaborative Support Offer support and backup to other legal counsels within the department as required, ensuring a cohesive legal function.

- Playing an active role within function to build and sustain an effective ‘One Team’ concept, support an integrated capable high performing Legal Team.
- Development of Marketing & Corporate Services Team Lead the development of the Marketing & Corporate Services team by facilitating development opportunities, ensuring the team is equipped with capabilities to tackle evolving legal challenges and support business objectives effectively.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience working for law firms/consulting companies or in similar roles within multinational corporations.
- Bachelors Degree in Law or any related field from a recognized law university
- Experience of working in Manufacturing/Operations is a plus
- In-depth understanding of the legal framework applicable to the tobacco industry
- Proficiency in commercial laws, including contract law, investment law, commercial laws, intellectual property law (trademark law), land law, banking law and labor law
- Familiarity with the taxation system & regulations of Vietnam
- A sound understanding of process of enactment of legislation
- Good understanding of commercial aspects
- Project management skill
- Good spoken and written English
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Logical/strategic/analytical thinking
- Good organizational skills and time management
- Strong influencing and problem-solving skills; with the ability to work with peers and senior management, inspiring trust and confidence

Với quá trình phát triển hơn 20 năm, công ty Lê Trần là một trong những nhà sản xuất hàng đầu, cung cấp giải pháp khung trần và khung vách ngăn thạch cao chất lượng cao cho thị trường Việt Nam.
Dây chuyền sản suất sử dụng các thiết bị hiện đại, tự động hóa cao, với công suất mỗi năm hơn 80 triệu mét dài thanh trần và thanh vách thạch cao. Để đảm bảo sự đồng bộ và bền vững của cả hệ khung, công ty chú trọng cả việc sản xuất bộ phụ kiện chất lượng cao, đặc biệt là các chi tiết quan trọng như khóa liên kết, tăng-đơ. Vật tư đầu vào được kiểm tra chặt chẽ, dây chuyền sản xuất hiện đại và hệ thống quản lý chất lượng ISO 9001:2015 đảm bảo thành phẩm LETRAN luôn luôn có chất lượng cao, đạt tiêu chuẩn ASTM (Hoa Kỳ). Cùng với hoạt động nhập khẩu và phân phối các sản phẩm tấm thạch cao sản xuất bởi các tập đoàn hàng đầu thế giới, công ty còn đáp ứng yêu cầu đặc biệt của khách hàng về tấm trần trang trí.
