Primary Purpose
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for general production machines and supporting equipment to ensure stable operation and meet production targets.

Reports to: Supervisor, Machine Maintenance
Primary Purpose
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for general production machines and supporting equipment to ensure stable operation and meet production targets.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting for machines and equipment during production; escalate complex issues to Engineers as needed.
- Support Engineers in maintaining overall machine performance and follow maintenance schedules to meet production requirements.
- Coordinate closely with Engineers in executing repair and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Provide training and coaching for operators on machine usage and basic troubleshooting.
- Understand individual and departmental goals to contribute to achieving quality objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company rules, procedures, and requirements related to:
- 7S & Kaizen
- Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)
- EICC & Social Responsibility
- Protection of company assets
- Support and comply with Molex TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Required: Vocational School graduate
- Preferred: Precision Engineering major
- Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar machine maintenance role
- Preferred: Experience in mold maintenance or camera systems
Required:
- Solid problem‑solving skills and familiarity with QC tools (4M, etc.)
- Ability to read technical drawings and operate robots
- Knowledge of injection molding machines and processes (Sodic, Sumitomo, Fanuc, etc.)
- Ability to create standards, work instructions, and documentation
- Strong training, coaching, and reporting skills
- Knowledge of mold maintenance and camera systems
