Ensuring product quality throughout the development process
Reviews and validates requirements and technical specifications
Design, create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases and test reports based on requirements and prioritization
Documents results; offer observations or improvements after analysis of test results and overall product quality
Collaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation
Investigating and troubleshooting test failures, identifying root causes, and proposing solutionsBachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of working experience in software quality assurance
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and development lifecycle
Meticulous attention to detail
Fluent in English
Communicates professionally at all levels within and outside of the organization
Manages testing efforts across many varied projects and tasks under tight deadlines
Mentors and provides training assistance to Middle/ Junior QA
Proven track record leading the testing effort or working independently on projects
Having automation testing skills is a plus.
