Mô tả công việc
• To notify the owners/the residents about the payment issues, the building information etc.;
• To collect and send Pay bills (internet, water, management fees, etc.) to the residents;
• To check and resolve the residents’ complaints; inspect vacant apartments and complete repairs;
• To contact the Maintenance and Housekeeping department in technique checking, cleaning and sweeping when needed;
• To prepare monthly reports to send to the investors;
• To register temporary residence declaration for the residents (both foreigners and locals)To act as supportive role in office administrative at the management office;
• To handle residents' complaints / enquiries and provide appropriate solutions to follow up residents' issues;
• To conduct surprise inspections in non-office hours and execute preventive security plans; work out daily special inspections, weekly night check and quarterly preventive security plans;
• Other tasks as requested by the manager
