Prepare / submit the necessary documents for signing POs, contracts (KOL, suppliers, partners,.)
Prepare / submit documents with the landlord for the ad space, get permission to carry out marketing activities
Prepare / submit promotions for the department of industry and trade
Partner with different functions (Brand, Operation, Supply Chain & Finance, Product, Admin...) for on-going projects, competitors, budget phasing and media plan tracking...
Key contact with supplier to provide POSM, POP in stores.
Monitoring and tracking and report (Event, Promotion, Campaigns, Budget, Media....).
A&P Tracking & Report monthly.
Monthly activities report
Sales report: weekly, monthly, quarterly report.
Promotion evaluation report
Perform other duties as assigned by Group Marketing Manager.
Tracking and Report competitor monthly.

Minimum 6 months experiences in Marketing field or as Marketing Administrator, prefer candidates have experience in Retail industry.
Strong reporting skills.
Pro-active, adaptive and good follow-through

Good command of English in writing & reading
Competent in office computer skills
Good at communication skill
