Manage budget allocation between promotional costs and media mix to best suit business objectives.
Perform daily/weekly data monitoring and analysis, providing recommendations based on consumer insights.

Strong communication skills, with 2 year of experience in Marketing in either Beauty/Cosmetic Vietnamese Market or Global Market.
Brand development experience
Analytical/Data driven mindset and strong quantitiantive skills
Fluent in English
Organizational skills, coordination and arrangement of work.
Detailed working skills, ability to convert ideas into real products, and complete work.Laptop
