Qualifications

• Junior 1: At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support/ Customer Service
• Junior 2: At least 3 years of experience in Customer Support/ Customer Service
• Fluent in written & spoken English
• Good teamwork skills
• Good customer support communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Possesses good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Able to work effectively in a high-pressure working environment
