Position Overview:
As a Sales - Digital marketing Specialist, you will belong to our Sales Department, reporting directly to the Senior Regional Sales Manager , signing a contract of Full-time 06 months first and could be extended to a full time position due to our business’ needs and situation. Your main responsibilities include:

1. Event coordinator: marketing events/ exhibition/ workshop/ campaigns/ promotion / Coordinate in full cycle of various Sales projects (35%)
2. Support Global Marketing team to execute local marketing strategies & activities, and Deploy full scope of Digital Marketing campaigns based on the instruction of Regional teams (Hong Kong, US, UK..) - (35%)
3. Administrative related to marketing agency sourcing, create contract with supplier of marketing material and all related documentation preparation (20%)
4. Data management: managing data from system, data analysis (familiar with Excel formulas: Vlookup, Pivot…) & delivering reports/ presentation to the internal team (10%)

Detailed Responsibilities:
1. Create Excel spreadsheets to analyze sales data and trends
2. Utilize PowerPoint skills to update and create presentations
3. Assist in the administration tasks of sales dept
4. upport the sales team with ad hoc data/ project requests
5. Events coordinator
6. Master design/ edit tools for marketing materials (Canva, Photoshop, Video makers…) on ad-hoc projects
7. Assist our global demand generation team to implement online advertising campaigns and email nurturing campaigns that mostly serve for new customers acquisition and increase conversion.
8. Participate in the execution of local marketing campaigns of the MSEA region
9. Follow instructions of the regional team to generate activities across multiple touchpoints (events, trade shows, webinars, eDM, social media, web, sales tools, PR) to drive awareness, engagement, conversion and optimize the campaign performances.
10. Assist campaign performances to track ROI on Eloqua and OSC (Oracle Sales Cloud) with the global digital marketing and sales enablement teams.
11. Draft and submit project briefs to the global creative team that are clear, complete and actionable.
12. Manage content/ editorial translations as required.
