• You will act as Engineering/Delivery Manager for embedded/automotive V&V, Automation and Virtualization projects/customers/portfolio distributed over multiple locations of BOSCH across the world.
• You will be responsible to drive the project, people and competency for embedded/automotive V&V, Automation and Virtualization
• In addition, you will coach and accompany your associates in their personal development as well as professionally and methodically from requirements development through design and implementation to integration and different phases of testing.
• Your area of responsibility also includes participation in business planning, strategy and talent acquisition
• You will work with the sales, presales, operational teams to deliver the project goals.

Mandatory Competencies:

• Hands-on Project management experience and People management
• Competency management and Team building
• ASPICE, ISO26262
• Global Stake holder management and proven experience with Vinfast.
• Good Understanding of Embedded Software Development in automotive domain and Embedded Validation & Verification
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
• Proactive and should be Adaptive to challenging situations
• Project Management certification

Technical Skills:

• Professional experience in software design / architecture combined with extensive knowledge in embedded C / C ++/Matlab/Simulink in the field of real-time systems and test automation.
• Skills: Strong MATLAB / Simulink knowledge, Model Based Development, Familiarity with FMI / FMU, AUTOSAR software architecture, Basic familiarity with UML.
• Should have worked with CAN tools like CANoe, CANalyzer or CANape , INCA
• Experience with HiL engineering activities (dSPACE/Vector/NI )
• ISTQB Certified, STLC - Software Test Life Cycle Management.
• System of System Testing for Automotive domains
• Experience with vehicle next generation E/E architecture
• Automation experience in C#, Python, perl, VB.net
• Excellent knowledge on protocols vNet , vCAN, vLIN, UDS/TCP/IP

Desirable Skills

• Good negotiating and convincing skills
• Exposure to project acquisition, presales activity
• Estimation and budgeting
• Handling matrix team across the electrical, firmware and mechanical competencies
• Exposure to vehicle E/E Architecture

Qualifications

• Exposure to latest software development tools, Testing tools and closely follow what is trending in the area of SW engineering methodology (Classic,Safe) DevOps and CI/CX
• Solution-oriented action, persuasiveness, confident demeanour as well as an analytical, structured and quality-conscious way of working in an international environment
• With your enthusiasm, you would like to improve things and automate manual activities. You enjoy trying out new programs and tools that can make life easier for us in daily SW engineering
• Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/M.S in computer science, electrical engineering, electronics engineering or a comparable field of study
