Lead an Agile team of 8-12 people
Be responsible for product development from planning to acceptance within Agile teams
Empower your team and facilitate the delivery of high-quality products regularly, repeatedly, and predictably through a focus on risk management, technical excellence, business value, and the needs of the end customer
Accountable for the quality of Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, showcases, and retrospectives
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
Set the pace for delivery and motivate teams to succeed
Conflict resolution within/between the delivery team and stakeholders
Manage the relationship successfully with the client and all stakeholders through excellent communication
Guide and coach the team to become self-organized
Perform risk management to minimize project risksAt least 6 years of overall experience in software development
At least 3 years of experience as a Project manager/ Scrum Master.
Excellent leadership skills
Good people management skills, project management skills, organization skills, negotiation skills, and time management skills
Good knowledge and experience with Agile techniques - Automated Testing, User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Testing, etc
Be able to manage stakeholders' relationships and negotiate changes to commitments or requirements
Strong logical and critical thinking
Good analytical thinking and ability to figure out the root cause of issues
Proficient communication skills in English and good presentation skills
Nice to have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
