Job description
AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a core enterprise of AEON group, specializing in shopping mall development and business operation. Based on the basic philosophy "Customer first", we are continuing our efforts to create malls that enhance the quality of life, stimulate local economic activities, and contribute to community life and culture.
Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Facility & Security Officer in AEON MALL Binh Tan.
+ Work location: AEON MALL Binh Tan Phu - No.01, Street 17A, Quarter 11, Binh Tri Dong B Ward, Binh Tan District, HCMC.
+ Working time: On average 5 days/ week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts/ month), OFF days not fixed on weekends, and required to work on some public holidays.
+ Report to: Executive/ Senior Executive
+ Team: 4 members
1. Coordinate with Aeon Delight Vietnam (ADV) (contracted service provider) to check safety, solve any incidents of tenants regarding equipment and technical systems such as water leaking, broken roller shutter, blackout, etc. (15%)
2. Instruct operation procedures and regulations of shopping mall to tenants, suppliers, vendors and follow their implementation. (15%)
3. Regularly patrol around the shopping mall to ensure that all facilities and services are provided to customers in good conditions; Deal with constructors regarding repairing and renovating work. (15%)
4. Follow all fit-out work, renovation, event set-up in the shopping mall and report the schedules and relevant incidents if any. (15%)
5. Check service performance of ADV and make suggestions for quality service improvement and cost saving. (10%)
6. Handle facility and security requests from tenants and contractors. (10%)
7. Summarize facility and security data & make report as required from supervisors. (10%)
8. Other duties as assigned. (10%)

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering.
2. Candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience in Building Management/ Operation, Facility Management or related fields are preferred.
3. Have knowledge of technical systems, safety regulations, can check and understand technical drawings.
4. Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
5. Good at Microsoft Office.
6. Have customer focus mindset.
7. Good at teamwork and coping with stress.
8. Willing to work in shift.
