Ocean Export:

• Operate all jobs under the proper and timely usage of Dimerco Value Plus System, include data and sales/costs entry.
• Check rate/ charges from oversea agents/ co-loaders.
• Contact directly with shipping line to check space/ request booking/ submit SI + VGM and release bookings to customers.
• Send information to destination offices or agents after cargo onboard, follow up with carriers and keep customers updated if any changes on the sailing schedule/ ETD/ ETA.
• Co-ordinate with carriers to get BL (Original, SWB, surrendered BL).
• Release Bill of lading (Original, SWB, surrendered BL) to customers.

And including:

• To prepare Debit/ Credit note, follow up payment with consignees/ carriers.
• To submit payment request to Accounting Team to pay for carriers’ cost/ trucking vendor.
• Solve any arising issues related into space and equipment.
• Input and update shipment information in the Dimerco system.
• Handle daily correspondence (emails/phone calls) from customers, solve arising problems after shipment on board, escalate issues to related parties when needed.
• Strong in problem solving for sea transportation with customers and shipping lines.
• Find and build up relationship with direct customers, develop with both domestic and oversea partners.
• Handle the other tasks assigned by Team Leader or Management.
