Mô tả Công việc

A. JOB PURPOSE:

[Azure] Assessing our IT infrastructure to help plan and deploy our ongoing cloud migration.
[Azure] Oversee the migration process and design, maintain and monitor the new system.
[Azure] Configuring hybrid connectivity between on-site systems and the cloud environment.
[Azure] Technical skills and leadership ability, with the communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other members of the IT teamIT Security support.
[Dynamics 365] Azure DevOps Engineer experienced with Dynamics 365 to analyze, plan, create and test development pipelines to understand required packaging and deployment needs.

B. ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance and security.

Result: Manage resource Azure via IAAS, PAAS & SAAS

2. Design, develop, and implement highly available, multi-region solutions within Microsoft Azure

Result: To support multi De Heus countries / regional / Global

3. Analyze existing operational standards, processes, and/or governance to identify and implement improvements.

Result: Daily operation azure EA Environment

4. Migrate existing infrastructure services to cloud-based solutions.

Result: Modern work place

5. Manage security and access controls of cloud-based solutions.

Result: Security for Cloud

6. Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) leveraging cloud native tooling to ensure automated and consistent platform deployments.

Result: Automation task via Azure devops

7. Support cloud adoption of applications as they are being transformed and/or modernized.

8. Ensure all infrastructure components meet proper performance and capacity standards.

9. Manage & optimize cost management

Result: Azure cost management per month / Quarterly / Yearly

10. Handle IT ticket for O365, D365, Azure from IT Vendors/ IT Group/ IT Regional /IT country

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in computer science, information systems, information technology or equivalent in related IT systems.
Having:

- AZ-104 certification for Microsoft Azure Administrator.

- AZ-500: Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate.

- AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions (plus point)

- A good understanding of Microsoft M/O365 and Dynamics 365 FO.

- A good understanding of Azure DevOps.

EXPERIENCES:

2+ years of Microsoft Azure experience involving design, deployment, configuration and optimization.
2+ years of experience with IaaS and PaaS solutions
Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years’ IT experience.

COMPETENCIES:

Working knowledge on Azure.
Knowledge on PowerShell.
Knowledge on IaaS.
Hands-on experience on Azure Command Line Interface.
Deployment of virtual machine on Azure Portal
Knowledge on Networking
Designing and analysis of Security
Microsoft Entra ID
Knowledge on Azure AD/ Applications.
Identity / Authentication / Remediation policy in Azure.
Cloud migrations using ASR or other tools.
Knowledge on prem Active Directory.
Design/Implement /Migrate & Troubleshooting.
Knowledge on applications migration/ troubleshooting etc.
Good coordination and communication
Manage internal and partnership relationships well -Ability to analyse problems and solve quickly.
Ability to gather information needed for future and present plans.
Quickly take conclusions to get the best results.
Always optimistic thoughts
Not easy to complain under any circumstances.
Good teamwork ability always proactive in everything

LANGUAGE:

Vietnamese Language
English: Good verbal and written communication skills (reading, writing, listening, verbal, presentation)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Self-motivated, proven records for actively requesting feedback, ongoing learning and self-development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ready support to azure environment to solve the problem when have call.
Coordinate with external parties if there are application got problems.
Prepare new setup when have new request for cloud environment, Ensure installation, implementation & monitoring if approved.
Monitor network usage, capacity, and performance.
Make recommendations for new technology upgrades and implement if approved. .
Make sure the user can only use programs that are installed by IT.
Ensure effective support for high quality timely completion of all IT system projects.
Maintain effective security and anti-virus processes and disaster recovery reserves.
Maintain good relations with external suppliers to ensure appropriate levels of support.
Perform other related tasks as needed.
