• Information Collection

  • Compile raw material information and create style-level master charts from development TP/BOM.
  • Verify RMDS details (MOQ, price, lead time) from customer versus T2, and resolve discrepancies with Product team and T2.
  • Gather vendor-provided data on material risks, limitations (heat, washing), testing reports, quality approvals, production allocations, and new material requirements.

• Quality Management

  • Arrange in-house lab tests for quality concerns, monitor results, and conduct heat application testing with trim vendors.
  • Submit fabric for customer quality approvals as needed.

• Buy Ready Preparation

  • Update material dashboards, recap meetings, and track pending issues.
  • Confirm vendor material quality and lab dip approvals before marking “Buy Ready.”
  • Prepare and release supporting documents for buy-ready approval.

• Support & Coordination

  • Evaluate suppliers per ISO standards, set up the material library in ERP, and assist teams as assigned.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings, management updates, and training.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·         University majoring in textile technology or related field/

·         Microsoft Office Certificate & do well on Excel

·         Understand ERP or any similar data system management

·         English certificate – Well understand in reading/ writing, listening, and rather in communication

·         Good understanding for material purchasing procedure & process

·         Good understanding for material consumption calculate

·         Basic knowledge & understand for garment field/

·         At least >1 Years of experience or with the same position in company
