- To update production records for raw materials & finished goods as indicated in the production report (daily, weekly and monthly).
- Assist in regular stock-taking and in-process materials .
- Checking outgoing goods against the delivery order .
- To check daily production reports against finished goods delivered to Store.
- To ensure that the production reports recording accurately reflects the actual position of the production output & requirements.
- To issue Delivery Order in the absence of the Store Staff .
- Assisting in follow ups with production schedule
- To prepare necessary reports on production planning requirements and efficiency .
- Report on shortages, damage or loss of stocks .
- Verify inventories reporting against records and investigate discrepancies .
- To carry out any other instructions as directed by the Production Executive- Must be fluent in English.
- Graduate from college,university
- Good verbal communication skills and pro active in administration tasks
- Good multitasking and time management abilities.
- 3 years clerical working experience.
