You will…
Your primary responsibilities include:
Accounting Operations:
● Oversee and ensure proficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day accounting operations including billing, bank, cash transactions; review and initial all payment vouchers;
● Perform monthly bookkeeping closing, including checking the work of accountants and signing off on general journal entries;
● Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Reconciliations) and Activity Based Costing (“ABC”) reports. Provide different kinds of analysis for management review;
● Ensure timely submission of periodic reports related to taxation (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCWT, audited financial statement, and all other taxes) and statutory compliance (DPI, Statistics);
● Assist in controlling budget versus actual expenses and ensure the company operates within the approved budget;
● Work with the audit agency to complete the annual audit report by the given deadline;
● Assist in implementing accounting and financial policies, accounting software, and internal control procedures to comply with prevailing statutory and corporate requirements;
● Provide accounting data to management as required;
● Ensure the accounting documents (soft copies and hard copies) are organized and filed securely and confidentially;
● Review and sign off on various contracts with vendors, business partners, and other business-related parties.
Training:
● Propose annual staff plan and conduct initial interviews to hire accounting staff;
● Manage, train, and develop accounting staff in order to ensure they competently fulfill their responsibilities;
● Implement approved finance and accounting policies and guidelines;
● Update relevant team members on new legal and accounting regulations;
● Provide orientation and training to new staff based on their roles (contract review process, payment policy, etc).
Management:
● Recommend and suggest solutions to improve current accounting activities and procedures;
● Join cross-functional projects (if any) to apply new changes (system, product);
● Work with other managers to review and build up the accounting process;
● Support the implementation of reports related to expense control;
● Forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow. Then present recommendations to the high-level management team for short-term and long-term strategic decision-making;
● Present monthly ABC reports to the management team with insightful analysis;
● Draft slides for quarterly board meeting;
● Manage the budget preparation process and prepare the annual budget;
● Oversee the accounting and legal works of the offshore companies.
Perform other finance and accounting tasks assigned by the Direct Supervisor.

You have…
These are the minimum requirements. We can't accept you in this role unless you meet them all:
● 7+years of experience in Finance and Accounting (with proven experience in team management and training in international companies);
● A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance or Accounting-related major;
● Strong written and spoken English communication skills;
● Familiarity with MISA software;
● Thorough knowledge of the latest accounting laws and procedures;
● Adaptability to change and flexibility in working environments;
● Demonstrated reliability, responsibility, confidence, and integrity;
● Exceptional attention to detail, organization, management, analytical thinking, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
● Strong leadership ability to guide and inspire the team.
