KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy & Growth:

• Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth and product development goals.
• Organize and lead market, user, and competitor research to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, CPO, and CCO on Go-to-Market campaigns, product positioning, and market expansion plans.

Operations & Execution:

• Oversee and optimize performance across all marketing channels: digital (performance, social, SEO), offline, PR, partnerships, branding, etc.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources based on ROI.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate, brand awareness, and more.

Team & Leadership:

• Build, grow, and inspire a high-performing marketing team (content, design, performance, growth, etc.).
• Act as a cultural bridge between customers and internal teams with a customer-centric mindset.
• Represent the brand in media events, investor meetings, and strategic partnerships.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 6–10 years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in team building, executing major campaigns, and measuring results.
• Experience in fast-growing companies (startups, e-commerce, fintech, edtech, SaaS, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking with high execution capability; data- and tech-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and inspirational skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and data orientation.
• Proficient in English in a professional working environment.
• Proficiency in conversational Chinese is a plus (not mandatory).
