JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead the end-to-end product development cycle: define product vision, build roadmaps, prioritize features, and oversee implementation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including engineering, design, business, and marketing to deliver high-impact products on time and within scope.
• Conduct user research and market analysis to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Manage and refine the product backlog; write clear user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics (user engagement, conversion, retention) to iterate and improve product features continuously.
• Act as the key communication bridge between technical teams and business goals, ensuring product decisions are well-informed and aligned with strategic objectives. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in the software, SaaS, or digital platform industry.
• Strong ability to analyze market trends and user needs, with a user-centric mindset in product development.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills, combined with critical thinking and proactive problem-solving.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, Figma, etc.
• Candidates with working knowledge of UI/UX design, data analytics (e.g., SQL, Google Analytics), and Agile/Scrum frameworks are highly preferred.
• Fluency in English or Chinese (Mandarin) communication is preferred but not required.

WORKING HOURS:

• Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 18:00 (Lunch break: 12:30 - 13:30)

• Saturday: 2 days per month

• Sunday: Off
