* Human Resources:

- Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and support conflict resolution.

- Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance management systems and processes.

- Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and assist in updating policies as needed.

*Administration:

- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including supplies management and facility maintenance.

- Record Keeping: Maintain employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

- Event Coordination: Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel Management or a related field.

* Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles.

* Skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Good communication in English.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
