- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, including mass recruitment and expat hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels.
- Knowledge of selection methods and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptable in fast-paced environments with flexible recruitment solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task under pressure with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Experience with job postings on social media.
- Mass recruitment experience is highly preferred; a network in education is a plus.
