Purchasing Staff is responsible for conducting research on potential products, vendors and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal; liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.
1. Responsible for making purchase plan and payment request:
· Receive and check purchase request from department; Make plan and implement buying process at the minimum cost
· Update Production Control database of Purchasing Public System; Make local & oversea payment requirement
· Creating a new code for items and new supplier & contractor that do not have available from department.
· Find local & oversea supplier, then contact us to get a quote, issue PO, then place orders line.
· Make the payment document by cash (if the suppliers request) to show for Manager & Division Director and GD to review and approve and then sending to Accounting Dept
2. Responsible for controlling delivery plan and communicating with supplier:
· Control order quantity and delivery plan; negotiate with suppliers for the best plan to catch up with production plan and minimize inventory.
· Collaborate with Warehouse to give feedback and claim suppliers about delivery issues; Communicate with vendors and clients for the best-contract negotiation; Monitor inventory and write orders to refill stock
3. Responsible for making report: Inspect purchased products upon delivery and report any issues timely; Update all records of purchased products for easy traceability; Reports payment and performing cost analyses
4. Responsible for being 6S member.
* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh Industrial Zone

· University/ College graduated in Statistics or Accounting or related major
· At least 2-year experience in Purchasing or the relevant position, preferably in Manufacturing environment
· Experience in purchasing raw materials, supplies and other commodities... etc is a plus
· Good English in both written and verbal skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office software
· Honesty, integrity, and positive attitude; Careful, hard-working, responsible and discipline attitude;
· Ability to work independently and in a team and under high pressure.
