I. Job Description:
1. Main services of the project:
● Company formation services in Vietnam and abroad.
● Bank account set up
● Visa, Work permit, Temporary Residence Card (TRC) for Foreigner in Viet Nam
● Other related services support clients during doing the main services. (Sub-license, Virtual office services...)
2. The nature of the project's work, needs the candidate's flexibility, dynamism, and quick adaptation:
● Learn and set up the procedure of the overseas business support services
● Consulting on overseas services and other support services for customers from website, page, promoting services, close deals and ensure an Excellent experience for customers.
● Follow up on paperwork procedures to complete the service between customers and the expert team.
● Support, answer questions, before, during and after completing the service, Payment tracking.
● Coordinate with Pro-Active team to follow up on Company formation services procedures to complete the task of establishing a business for customers.
● Continue to establish processes and services Support team in exhibition and communication activities (if any)
● Other activities related to the Team's development and expansion.● Experience: 2-3 years working in B2B, Business support services industry. 1st Priority for candidates who experienced a similar position.
● Education: Minimum college graduate.
Ready to take on tasks, listen, cultivate and develop yourself.
