Job brief:
Achieve company sales targets, plans and objectives while developing a professional business relationship with each customer in a designated territory/ account.
Achieve desired merchandising & displays standards.

RESPONSIBLE: The role is primarily responsible for but not limited to:
BE IN CHARGE OTC CHANNEL
1. Sales volume and value
- Plan sales targets based on Department target to achieve the monthly target sales.
- Share the plan with sales staff to achieve the target.
- Look for new customers, build up and maintain good relationships with customers on territory.
2. Display at assigned territory/ accounts.
- Plan merchandising activity
- Prominent displays
- Effective usage of POSM
- Effect all merchandising activities as per promotional plan.
3. People development
- Supervise daily activities of PG/SM team to ensure proper execution of activities and train them in selling & merchandising.
- Provide necessary information to manage and to improve operational efficiency.
- Use Coaching & Feedback to support PG/SM to maximize their KPIs assignment to achieve peak performance.
4. Resolving Customer Complaints
- Quick resolution of customer complaints to enhance customer loyalty.
- Sales supervisors have a duty to address customer complaints related to product or service.
5. Administration and reporting
- Co-operate with other departments to solve all issues relating to business operation.
- Provide daily/ weekly/ monthly reports as specified.
- Report all competitor activities, products, new products, prices, trading terms and any competitor changes that affect the business.
6. Others: upon Line Manager’s request.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Business Degree Graduate
- Good knowledge in Promotion schemes
- At least 3 years in the same position in FMCG companies.
- Good analytical and data processing skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills in Vietnamese
- Prefer the candidate have average oral, listening, and writing in English.
- Good computer literacy, particularly in Word, Excel
- Able to travel.
- Good knowledge in Promotion schemes
- At least 3 years in the same position in FMCG companies.
