This person is in charge of handling, managing and developing accounts and markets of Heritage Line with the goal to improve the future performance of individual accounts or markets in terms of guest and/or turn over volume. The person will work on daily basis but also on a strategic forward level with markets and clients. The person knows how to structure her or his approach in regards of business development and is able to plan and roll out sales and marketing activities to increase periodic turn over.
Being responsible for accounts and marketing to manage those on daily basis as well as plan on forward sales and marketing activities per market and/or account.
Daily account management in regards of sales or product request
Monitor account performance and plan and undertake account-based sales and marketing activities for international reseller as well as DMC partners
Monitor and analyze occupancy and sales performance per product/branch and consider measures to stimulate sales for low booked periods on a forward basis.
Source new accounts in assigned markets and segments by segmented activities.
Be able to plan forward sales activities and roll them out after approval.
Liaise strongly with marketing team regards any marketing opportunity with business partners.
Research and monitor the market (and competitors)
Any duties and tasks assigned by supervisor
Weekly and monthly sales report, adhoc reports (if any)
Identify areas for continual improvement across Sales
Attend training courses / event (if required) to keep up to date with the industry and global trends
Keep others informed by sharing information

Tertiary studies in Business, Economics, Tourism, Hospitality,
Knowledge of sales and marketing strategy, international market and businesses, foreign cultures
Minimum 2 years working experience in the field of sales or business development, tourism or hospitality preferred
Very open Mind-set of a sales person: work analytic, conceptual, highly organized, pro-active, decisive
Able to understand complex matters and develop constructive solutions.
Excellent - Written and spoken Vietnamese & English. Second foreign language is an advantage
Very Good - MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point is advantage)
Very good - Professional Communication (written and spoken)

Công ty Quang Trung nắm rõ được điều đó nên đã chú ý đầu tư các thiết bị in ấn và sau in nhằm khép kín từ khâu thiết kế tạo bản in, in và hoàn thiện sản phẩm. Các sản phẩm in ấn như vỏ hộp, nhãn mác, sách vở, tờ rơi, tạp chí, catalog… được sản xuất bằng công hiện in Offset với máy in Offet 6 màu nhập khẩu từ Cộng Hòa Liên Bang Đức, Nhật Bản.
