INTERNATIONAL FOOD MASTER

In this role, you'll split your time between managing leads and data (60%) and account management (40%).

Key Responsibilities:

· With guidance, support the identification and qualification of potential customers through strategic prospecting.

· Assist in developing and executing lead generation campaigns to expand the customer base.

· Conduct market research to identify target audiences and opportunities.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data within the CRM system.

· Support the analysis of lead generation performance metrics to optimize strategies.

· Prepare detailed reports on lead generation activities and conversion rates.

· Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and lead management.

· Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling and document management.

· Collaborate with sales, marketing teams, and other departments to drive sales growth.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

· 2-3 years of experience as Sales administration, Sales coordination with excels skills

· Familiar with CRM software and lead generation tools is an advantage

· Great in data analysis and reporting, especially using Excel.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
