• Ensure all records are updated on the SAP system during the development process and administrative functions.
• Ensure accurate data entry for costing / product, share information with all relevant internal stakeholders and facilitate decision making with regular reporting that to sustain the business.
• Coordinate the sample development process, participate in development meetings, whilst sourcing fabric and other raw material based on the customer request, in order to ensure samples / prototypes are completed and delivered in a timely manner
• Liaise with the customer, suppliers and related departments in order to facilitate the smooth product development cycle whilst communicating the relevant changes with respective internal departments to ensure bulk production is carried out as per latest customer modifications
• Effectively manage the customer development calendar to meet internal / external deadlines, requirements and work on New Development projects for business growth, whilst maintaining cordial relationship with all the internal stakeholders
• Carrying- out related activities from the receipt of the style to the development of the fit samples, coordinate with relevant parties as required in order to meet customer requirements and achieve business objectives through maximizing sales revenue with high service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Performing additional duties commensurate with the current role as per requirement of Managers.
• Build a strong supplier base to develop / source a competitive & quality product / new components that meet with required customer specifications and keep up with current trends in order to recognize product development potential (research)

- Able to work under high pressure, eager to learn, strive for excellence
- Fluent in English (4 skills)
- University Graduated (Major related to Garment Technology, Business, International Economics,...)
- At least 2- 4 year of working experience as similar position;
- Good communication skill, negotiation skill, problem solving skill;
