Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Sale activities:
- Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations, attend relaxed exhibition, shows and other marketing events and represent the organizations to increase awareness of company and capability in local market & seek for the potential customers.
- Prepare sales presentations, sales report and other sales tools aligned with company’s prospect and regulation.
- Develop new customer from local side (direct customers focused): approach customers, perform professional knowledge with proper sales strategies in order to fulfill target.
- Develop new customer via join sales activities: Cultivate new sales leads in order to co-operate with overseas sales/agents, follow up and provided all necessary needed to offer and secure the business
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, sales activities and active clients; ensure adequate client information, maintain contacts, build strong relationship with all customers
- Provide strong coordination and support to other departments, ensure smoothly operation and service provided.
2. Sales team setup (for Manager title)
- Assist Branch Manager to recruit, training and retaining a competent sales team.
- Evaluate the performance of the sales team and seek ways to improve the team’s performance.
- Drive sales department’s performance to fulfill company’s target and ensure for target as well as growth targets for volume and market share for Sales Department.
- Controlling sales & marketing expenses to ensure the marketing expenditure is kept within budget.
3. Other tasks:
- Awareness of credit management/risk control in order to negotiate contracts/agreements with customers, handle customer complaints as well as A/R collection support, ensure compliance with internal policies & regulation.
- Provide reports to top management like sale reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customer’ on-boarded reports.
- Serve as a point of reference to employees in term of showing great work ethic, habits, personal character, and professional character.

SKILLS/ABLILITIES/KNOWLEDGE:
- Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course with emphasis on marketing.
- Proven work experience in International Freight Forwarding, marketing and achieving set targets, at least 3 year working experience in the same level.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal communication, fluent English is a must.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, and put in place measures to retain a great team.
- Excellent selling skills, ability to close deals, and deal with post-purchase anxiety.
- Ability to identify potential areas of growth and identify new business partnership opportunities .
- Strong organization skills and multi-tasking skills.
Salary rank: Negotiation.
