Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy for both Football Ticket Net and Gigsberg.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
Monitor and respond to social media interactions, ensuring timely and appropriate engagement with our audience.
Analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to our strategy.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
Assist in developing and managing social media campaigns and contests to increase engagement and followers.
Coordinate with graphics designers for video and creative content.
Occasionally generate images and create briefs for the design team.
Use project management systems to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.
Report directly to the CMO for content approvals and strategy alignment.
Innovate and propose new ideas for social media content and engagement strategies.
Manage customer support inquiries through social media channels, ensuring customer satisfaction.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how to effectively engage them.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate unique content ideas.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Ability to work within a team and coordinate tasks effectively.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.A flexible and dynamic work environment.
