Job Details

Position: Accounting Staff (General) (HN) - Real Estate

Job Code: 108964

- Working location: Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City

- Monthly Salary: 20,300,000～30,500,000VND

Responsibility

<Job Responsibilities> :

1. General Accountant (AP + GL)

- Check payment requests received from departments and process remittances for all suppliers/partners correctly and on time.

- Well communicate with other departments to collect sufficient accounting information

- Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or signatures

- Assemble and review invoices to be completed for payment

- Consult other departments on accounting, tax and contractual matters

- Prepare AP monthly/quarterly reports

- Check the input VAT invoices list

- Support consultants and auditors with monthly/annual reviews

- File documents as per accounting policy and internal requirement

- Obtain accurate information and data regarding invoice payments

- Reconcile bank statements

- Monitor & check bookkeeping related to AP, GL

- Liaise with external parties about AP, GL

- Perform other related duties as assigned

2. Account Receivable

- Upload data into the Software system by the Excel template

- Work with the sales team, and collection team for details of each unit

- Check payment notices, warning notices, late payment notices, handover notices

- Check for the received money and outstanding amount

- Support to make the bank reconciliation weekly and monthly

- Monitor & check bookkeeping related to AR

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

・Gender: Female preferred. Age: 25 - 34

・Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 

・Language: English - Business Level 

・Experience: 

   + At least 3 years of experience in a similar position 

・Required Skills/Abilities: 

- Experience with account reconciliation

- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and relevant accounting systems

- Strong aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently as well as on a team, with strong verbal and written and communication skills

<Preferred>

- Experience in real estate is preferred
